Printed Items (Paperbacks, Hardcovers, Merchandise)

Processing Time:
Please allow 3–5 business days for us to prepare, pack, and ship your printed items. Each order is made with care to ensure quality.

Shipping Method:
We ship via USPS Ground Advantage for all domestic orders.

  • Estimated Delivery Time (after processing): 2–5 business days

  • Weight-Based Pricing:

    • 0–4 oz: $4.75

    • 4.1–8 oz: $5.50

    • 8.1–15.9 oz: $6.75

    • 1–2 lbs: $8.50

    • 2–5 lbs: $10.50+

Tracking information will be sent to your email once your package is on its way.

Note: We currently only ship within the United States.


Digital Items (Ebooks)

Digital purchases are delivered immediately via BookFunnel, our trusted delivery partner.

You’ll receive an email from BookFunnel within a few minutes of completing your order. This email contains your download links and instructions for your preferred reading device.

If the email hasn’t arrived within 1 hour, please:

  1. Check your spam or promotions folder — sometimes our messages get filtered.

  2. If it’s still missing, contact us at support@karenkincy.com and we’ll get it sorted as quickly as possible.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of shipment, or it arrives damaged, please reach out to support@karenkincy.com so we can assist you.
